Yesterday I posted a video highlighting shoulder position for push-ups. We start with shoulders rolled down, hands screwed into the floor and then pushing into protraction. But some of you asked me whether we hold this all the way down. It's an awesome question so I made a video.As you lower you want to maintain the shoulders down and hands screwing into the floor, but you want to allow your shoulder blades to move. As you lower your shoulder blades will retract slightly and then as you push back you will move back into protraction.#pushup #protraction #bentarmstrength
